What is your shipping and delivery timeframe?

We offer regular shipping and delivery on all Australian orders.  All our parcels are shipped with tracking.  In most areas of Australia shipping will take 4-5 business days which includes processing time from our home studio in Geelong. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 7 business days.  We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound, so we may require a signature for your delivery. If you are not home to receive your package, the courier may leave a card and take it to your local post office where it can be collected at your earliest convenience.


How much is shipping within Australia?

Most of our shipping and delivery within Australia cost $11.  Larger parcels may cost a little more, our online shop calculates shipping using information directly from Australia Post, such as weight, size and destination.

If you are ordering only one or two pairs of socks (excluding Terry socks), please use the code SockPostDiscount at the checkout page to receive a discount on your shipping. Your socks will come as a tracked registered letter.


How can I check my order status?

Once you have placed your order online, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and send it.   You will receive a text message with your tracking number.  Then you can begin to track your order.  We will let you know if there’s a hold up of more than three business days to ship your order.


I entered my address incorrectly, what can I do?

If you have incorrectly entered your address details, the best thing to do is wait for your shipping notification to arrive by text.  This contains your tracking number, which you can use to contact the shipping company directly.  All Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post and you can contact them on: 137678.  All parcels have our return address attached.


Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes.  We deliver to all PO Boxes.


My order is a gift, can you post directly to them?

Yes we can!  Put their name and address in the Shipping area on the checkout page.  We can also include a gift card, write your message in the notes area!  To make your gift even more special, why not include a gift bag, these double as a wash bag?  Find our goomo gift/wash bags here.  Our gift/wash bags make caring for your goomo goodies so easy, most goomo items are machine washable when using our gift/wash bags!


Can I order online and pick up my order from you?

Not at the current moment, if you urgently need your order, please give us a call on 0422 907 731 we will do our best to work something out.


I live internationally, can you ship to me?

Yes, for sure! International shipping costs will calculate automatically at checkout.


Do you use sustainable packaging?

Absolutely!  Sustainability is at the core of everything we do. We recycle packaging from orders we receive.  All our ticketing and packaging is made from recycled card.  Your order will arrive in recycled packaging.
